摘要
文中以某生产企业为例,验证了物料需求计划的有效性。运用MRP的结果,来反馈指导企业计划的编制与执行,以加强企业对成本控制的科学性、可行性和有效性,提高企业的利润。
The paper take some Production enterprise as an example, has confirmed the MRP validity. Using the MRP result, feeds back the instruction enterprise buying plan the establishment and the exeeution, strengthens the enterprise to the eost control scientific nature, the feasibility and the validity, enhanees enterprise＇s profit.
