摘要 选址问题为公司的战略决策问题,选址的优劣对连锁性公司的发展扩张影响巨大,连锁性企业在扩张时,应该考虑区域的市场饱和度,文中研究了基于区域饱和的连锁性企业设施选址问题,建立了在饱和度约束和选址成本约束情况下,使公司市场份额最大的选址覆盖模型。所建立的模型为0-1背包问题的扩展模型,故为NP困难问题,提出对于小型问题用lingo求解,针对大型问题要设置启发式算法求解模型。 Location problem is the strategic decisions of the company,location merit has a large impact for the expansion of the chain company,the chain - company should consider the region market saturation in the expansion. The article studies the facilities location of chain - company under region market saturation, and establishes the cover model with maximized the market share under the constraints saturation and cost. The model is extension of 0 - 1 knapsack problem, so is the NP - hard problem. We propose the small problem can solve with LINGO soft, and the large problem should set the heuristic algorithm to solve.
