摘要
随着建筑市场竞争的日益激烈,国内的建筑施工企业项目管理逐渐暴露出许多急需解决的问题,文中从问题出发,分析原因找出相应的处理办法。以施工项目为管理对象,强调项目经理责任,以合同为依据,加强项目质量、安全、进度及成本控制的管理,实现资源的优化配置为手段,为建设项目争取最佳的经济效益。
Along with the increasing competition in construction market, the domestic construction enterprises project management gradually exposed many problems needed to resolve, in this paper, starting from the problem, analysis reasons to find out the corresponding treatment method. In construction project as the object of management, emphasizes the project manager responsibility,based on the contract, strengthen project quality, safety, schedule and cost control management, to achieve the optimal allocation of resources as the means, for the construction project to get the best economic benefits.
