文中从实践出发,针对当前项目中造价成本控制不力的现状,重点论述了施工阶段工程造价控制内容及方法。为加强工程造价的管理和控制,避免资源浪费,文中就施工过程中的劳务与合同控制、施工方案控制、材料控制、施工机械控制、进度控制、变更与索赔等方面的问题,使工程造价符合实际情况,科学的利用资金,最大程度地发挥效益。

Based on the practice, aim at the situation of cost control not best, the engineering cost control content and method are discussed. In order to enhance control and management of engineering cost, avoid wasting of resources, promote project cost to prysical truth, scientifidlly utilize of fund, express to the maximize benefits, the control of labor services and contract, construction scheme, material control, construction machinery control, schedule control, change and claim were discussed.
