摘要
随着中国人口老年人口比例的上升,老龄化进程加快,传统的家庭养老和机构养老已无法满足老年人养老的多样性需求,构建城市社区养老模式的多元化已成为未来养老的必然选择。课题组以南京市为例,通过对南京市养老模式实证调研,发现南京市城市社区养老存在人口老龄化突出、家庭养老退化、机构养老不足等问题,并据此提出构建南京市多元化养老模式的政策建议。
With the rising proportion of China＇s population of the elderly population, the aging process, the traditional family old - age pension and agencies have been unable to meet the diverse needs of elderly endowment ; diversified building endowment pattern of the city community has become an inevitable choice for the future pension. Research group in Nanjing city as an example, based on investigation of empirical support pattern in Nanjing City, found the city of Nanjing city community endowment problems of population aging, family support, outstanding degradation pension problems, proposed building a diversified pension mode of Nanjing city policy recommendations accordingly.
