摘要
文中从危险化学品的定义和特点出发,分析了目前我国在危险化学品运输管理上的发展现状和出现的问题,如政府管制不完善,相应的教育没有得到很好的普及,危险化学品运输基础设施不完善等。针对这些问题提出了相应的解决方法,如宏观调控危险化学品企业布局,加强人员教育,建立数据库系统等。文中结尾提出了危险化学品运输管理的方向为可持续发展方向。
In this paper, the definition and characteristics of dangerous chemical have been discussed. According to the current situation and problems occurred in transportation management of the dangerous chemical, this paper comes up with some corresponding resolutions, such as macro - controlling the distribution of enterprises, enhancing the education of the drivers, building up data bases of transportation process. In the end of this paper, a prospect of sustainable development is raised up as a conclusion.
