摘要
文中将供应链管理思想引入到卓越工程师人才培养中,探索交通运输卓越工程师人才供应链管理模式,主要研究人才供应链管理要点、校企合作、拉动式人才培养教学重组等方面的内容,为高等教育人才培养模式提供一定参考。
Supply chain management is introduced to the the excellent engineer personnel training, explore the transportation excellent engineer talent supply chain management model, provides the reference for the higher education personnel training mode in terms of talent supply chain management points, school - enterprise cooperation, pull type personnel training teaching recombination.
