高职铁路第三方物流企业人才培养研究

Study on Personnel Training Mode of the Higher Vocational Railway Third Party Logistics Enterprise

我国铁路物流业的服务形式正发生着新的变化,尤其是第三方等物流服务形式涌现与凸显,使得我国的铁路物流业出现了新的特点。由此对我国高职铁路第三方物流企业人才培养方面所提出的新的、客观性的诉求,正是这些新特点对我国高校物流人才培养所赋予的诉求的具体性的显现。文中通过对我国铁路第三方物流业发展现状的审视,明示了在我国现代铁路物流业的新发展情况下其人才培养模式新特点,并通过基于铁路第三方物流企业的高效人才培养模式的构建与实现工作的迫切性的表述与研究,确立面向高职铁路第三方物流企业人才培养的"两段制"课程教学模式。

The service form of railway logistics is changing, especially the third party logistics springs up and highlights, which makes railway logistics appear new characteristics in our country. So personnel training mode of the higher vocational railway third party logistics enterprise must meet the new demands. This paper examines the railway third party logistics development situation, shows that the new characteristics of the personnel training mode under the new development situation of modern railway logistics industry in our country, and puts forward ＂two - stage＂ teaching mode on the base of constructing personnel training mode and expressing the urgency of study.
