Application Research on Flexsim in Teaching of “Warehouse Management”

文中从理论体系和上机实践两个方面出发,阐述了Flexsim在《仓储管理》教学中的应用。在文中建立的四个仿真模型,涵盖了Flexsim系统建模中的常用实体,使学生能够掌握基本的建模方法,熟悉各流程的布局、连接、运行和分析。为系统的优化奠定了良好的理论实践基础,体会到Flexsim给教学内容带来的变化。将Flexsim应用到《仓储管理》教学中,能够使学生在快速吸收和理解基本理论知识的前提下,更好地学以致用,适应仓储的实践活动。

From the two aspects of theoretical system and practice,this article has described the Flexsim tool used in the teaching area of the practical application in detail. Four simulation system models established in the article, covers the system modeling entities commonly used in Flexsim. Through the practice of the four models, students are able to master the basic modeling methods,be familiar with the layout of each process, connection, and operation analysis and lay a good foundation of theory and practice for the system optimization. And meanwhile, realize that the Flexsim, which has brought to the teaching content＇s changes,is applied to the ＂warehouse management＂ of the auxiliary teaching, enables students to quickly absorb and understand the basic theory of knowledge under the premise of better knowledge, faster adapt to the enterprise warehouse activities.
