Qishan Noodle, a local distinctive delicacy named by means of the local name, has a his- tory of more than three thousand years up to now. The origin of the name of Qishan Noodle, ingredient concoction, making process, and eating procedure connote intense cultural imagery. This culture hap- pens to be an important component of Zhou culture in Qishan. The core of Zhou culture is its advocacy of Zhou rituals. The most noticeable characteristic of Zhou rituals is its element of ＂harmony＂, namely harmonious connotations.
