With the rapid development of economy and society, the industrialization, commerclahzahon and inter- est distribution of NBA League are the driving force of changes in the subjective and objective parties in NBA. Any interest distribution will lead to the labor dispute. With the research methods of literature study and logic analysis, the paper expatiates on the NBA League and proposes the dispute resolution system.
