重庆市体育行业特有职业技能鉴定现状分析

Current Appraisal of Special Professional Skill in Sport Industry in Chongqin

采用访谈法、逻辑分析法等,对重庆市体育行业特有职业技能鉴定现状进行分析,结果表明:重庆市获得职业资格证书的人员以初、中级为主;培训的学员以体育工作人员和在校体育专业大学生为主;问题在于宣传不足,相关政策不够健全,师资队伍比较薄弱。针对目前面临的问题和困难,有针对性的提出发展策略。

With the research methods of interview and logic analysis, the paper discusses the current appraisal of special professional skills in sport industry in Chongqin and finds out that there are two levels of profession qualifica- tion certificates in Chongqin, i.e., junior and senior levels, and the trainees are mainly staff in the sport field and sports major in universities. But there are problems of insufficient publication, relevant policies and weak develop- ment of teachers. The paper proposes the development strategy so as to provide references for the sustainable devel- opment of the appraisal of special professional skill in sports industry in Chongqin.
