摘要
脉冲袋式除尘器中脉冲喷吹距离影响了滤袋内部的正压峰值以及负压值的大小,对清灰效果影响很大。运用软件FLUENT对不同喷吹距离下的清灰过程进行数值模拟,根据模拟结果比较得出滤袋内外静压差的变化规律以及引流效果的变化趋势,得到最优喷吹距离。
The pulse jet distance of the pulse bag filter affects the positive pressure peak value and the size of negative pressure value in the filter bag,and poses big influence on the dust cleaning effect.FLUENT software is used to carry out numerical simulation for dust cleaning process in different jet cleaning distances,and by comparison based on the simulation results,the variation law of static pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter bag,and the variation trend of drainage effect are obtained,and the optimum jet cleaning distance is obtained.
