饲料级磷酸钙盐装置熟化库用于物料的熟化,其通风设计的优劣直接影响物料的熟化冷却效果。介绍了饲料级磷酸钙盐装置熟化库的通风设计中应该考虑的要点,包括通风方式的确定、通风量的计算、通风设备的选择和布置、气流短路及防雨等问题,并提出了解决这些问题的措施。
The curing warehouse for feed grade calcium phosphate is used for curing of materials.The quality of its ventilation design has direct influence on the curing and cooling effect of the materials.The considerations to be made during the ventilation design for the curing warehouse of feed grade calcium phosphates are introduced,including determination of ventilation method,calculation of ventilation volume,selection and arrangement of ventilation equipment,gas flow short circuit and rain protection and other problems,and the measures to address these problems are proposed.
