摘要
传统过磷酸钙生产工艺技术的后续阶段反应环境不利于硫酸和磷矿间进行质量交换,为了使硫酸和磷矿粉之间的反应始终顺畅,采用了无化成熟化粒状过磷酸钙生产新工艺,取消了化成、熟化工序,彻底解决了环境污染问题;并借鉴二水物磷酸生产经验,提高了矿粉细度和搅拌强度,降低了硫酸浓度和反应温度,达到了提高转化率的目的,并取得了明显的社会效益和经济效益。
Reaction environment of subsequent stage of traditional calcium superphosphate production process is not beneficial for mass transfer between sulfuric acid and phosphate rock.In order to maintain smooth reaction between sulfuric acid and phosphate ore powder,a new production process for granular calcium superphosphate without formulation or curing is used,which eliminates the formulation and curing sections,and thoroughly addresses the environmental pollution problems;production experience from dehydrate phosphoric acid to increase the fineness of ore powder and agitation strength,reduce the sulfuric acid concentration and reaction temperature,so as to enhance the conversion rate,and achieve significant social benefit and economic benefit.
