磷石膏干法输送装置下料方式的改进

Improvement of Discharge Method in Dry Process Phosphogypsum Conveying Unit

针对在磷石膏输送中因料斗堵塞,采取在料斗壁安装仓壁式振动器解决堵塞问题,介绍了因在料斗上安装ZFB型防闭塞装置(仓壁式振动器)后带来对构筑物的振动,造成室内配电系统不能正常运行,通过在料斗支承座上安装圆柱型压缩弹簧以减轻振动,保证了电器设备的安全运行。

For plugging of the hopper during phosphogypsum conveying,wall-mounted vibrator is installed on the hopper wall to address the plugging problem.The vibration caused for the structures after installing the ZFB anti-plugging device(wall-mounted vibrator) on the hopper is introduced,which has caused the indoor power distribution system can not work normally.the vibration is reduced by installing column compression spring on the seat of the hopper,which will ensure safe operation of the electrical equipment.
