摘要
使用 99.5%的铝片 ,利用电化学阳极氧化手段制备了纳米孔洞氧化铝模板 .通过控制腐蚀时间 ,可以调节模板的孔径大小 .利用X射线衍射 (XRD)和透射电子显微镜 (TEM )等测试手段进行了模板的表征 .在较简单的条件下制备孔径均匀可调的纳米孔洞非晶氧化铝模板 .
Porous alumina membranes with different pore diameters are prepared electrochemically. In the experiments, aluminum foil ( 99.5% purity) is used as the starting material. After annealed at 500?℃ for 5 hours in the air, the aluminum foil is chemically polished in 1?M NaOH solution for 10?min. The membrane is carried out at a constant voltage in 0.3?mol/L sulphuric acid (H 2SO 4) for 4?hours. A mixture of ice and water provide a surrounding condition of 0?℃. The remaining aluminum is removed in a saturated HgCl solution. 5?wt% phosphoric acid is used in the etching treatment step to get different pore diameters by changing etching time at 30?℃. TEM images show that the diameter distribution of the pores is very narrow, and the pores are locally ordered. The pore diameter can be adjusted by changing the etching treatment time in a phosphoric acid solution. XRD illustrates that the porous membrane is in the amorphous state.
