摘要 目的检测Toll样受体4(TLR4)和TLR9在大肠癌组织和相应癌旁组织中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测TLR4和TLR9在40例大肠癌组织及20例相应癌旁正常组织中的表达情况。结果 TLR4和TLR9在大肠癌组织中阳性率分别为67.5%(27/40)和82.5%(33/40),均显著高于相应癌旁正常组织中的10.0%(2/20)和5.0%(1/20)(P均<0.05);TLR4和TLR9的表达与大肠癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移及Dukes分期有关(P均<0.05);TLR4和TLR9的表达存在关联并有较好的一致性(r=0.398,P<0.05)。结论 TLR4和TLR9在大肠癌组织中高表达,提示两者可能参与了大肠癌的发生、发展过程。 Objective To investigate the expressions of TLR4 and TLR9 in eolorectal carcinoma and tumor-free colorectal tissues, and to explore their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistoehemical method was used to detect the expressions of TLR4 and TLR9 in 40 eases of colorectal carcinoma tissues and 20 cases of tumor-free colorectal tissues. Results The positive rates of TLR4 and TLR9 in were 67.5% (27/40) and 82.5% (33/40) in the colorectal carcinoma, and were 10.0% (2/20) and 5.0% (1/20) in the tumor-free colorectal tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the expressions of TLR4 and TLR9 in the coloreetal carcinoma were closely related to the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and Dukes stages ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of TLRA was related with TLR9 ( r = 0.398, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Abnormality higher expressions of TLR4 and TLR9 can be observed in colorectal carcinoma, they may be involved in the occurrence and the development process of colorectal carcinoma.
