国家开放大学内蒙古分部民族地区教育横向空间拓展对策研究

Countermeasures of Education Horizontal Expand for The Open University of China in Minority Areas of Inner Mongolia Branch

国家开放大学是由中央广播电视大学更名成立的,属于教育部直属大学,其职能是进行非学历教育和学历教育。开展远程开放教育,可独立设置本科专业并授予学士学位;设置"学分银行",搭建终身教育"立交桥"。内蒙古自治区的内蒙古广播电视大学在这种形势下成为国家开放大学内蒙古分部,如何依托国家开放大学,开展内蒙古少数民族地区的具有民族地域特色的远程开放教育,是需要思考的问题。本文就如何建设国家开放大学内蒙古分部具有民族地域特色的非学历教育和学历教育,进行了研究分析。

The Open University of China is renamed and established by the Central Radio and Television U niversity, whose function is non academic education and academic education, and its belongs to the Ministry of Education directly. It carries out distance education, which can set undergraduate and granted a bachelor＇s de gree independently, and set ＇Credit bank＇, and build life long education ＇overpasses. In this situation, Inner Mongolia Radio＆TV University becomes to be the Inner Mongolia division of The Open University. It needs to think about how to rely on The Open University of China to carry out open and distance education in ethnic mi nority areas in Inner Mongolia National and Regional Characteristics. In this paper, we research and analyze how to construct national and regional characteristics non academic and academic education in Inner Mongolia segment of The Open University of China.
