The Characteristics Development of National Higher Education in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江民族职业学院是黑龙江省唯一的民族高校。面对日趋激烈的社会竞争,学校基于自身特点,始终坚持"打民族旗,走特色路"的办学理念,通过创建"1+1+1"和"2+1"等多种人才培养模式,合理设置和调整课程结构,提高就业率等生存方式,积极发展民族高等教育,取得较好的社会反响。因此认为,坚持走特色化办学道路,不断完善课程结构,注重师资建设是黑龙江民族高等教育可持续发展的重要动力。

Heilongjiang Vocational College for Nationalities is the only high school for nationalities in Hei longjiang Province. Facing to the more fiercer ~cx：ial competition, the college bases the characteristics of itself to stick on the principles of ＂in the flag of national, on the way of characteristics＂. It develops national higher edu cation actively through styles such as founding multiple modes of ＂1 ＋ 1 ＋ l＂and ＂2 ＋ 1＂ to cultivate talents, set ting and adjusting the curriculum structures, increasing employment rate, and receives a better social repercus sions. Therefore, the paper holds the view that the important forces of sustainable development to national high er education in Heilongjiang Province is taking the road of characteristics to run school, improving curriculum structures unceasingly, and emphasizing teacher＇s construction.
