高校学生党员教育培训的现状调查与对策分析

学生党员是大学生中的优秀分子,加强对学生党员的教育培训十分重要。调查显示,学生党员的整体政治思想素质较好,但使命感不足;整体表现出色,但责任感不强;参与党支部活动积极,但垂范性不够。当前学生党员的教育培训存在着进程缺乏持续性、方法缺乏创新性、内容缺乏系统性等问题。应当注重学生党员教育培训的连续性和层次性;注重学生党员教育培训的针对性和实效性;注重学生党员的集中培训与日常教育管理相结合。

Student party members are outstanding students, so it is significant to strengthen the eclucatzon and training of student party members. According to the survey, the student party member＇ s overall political ideological quality is good, but they lack the sense of mission; student party members are characterized by good overall performance, but the sense of responsibility is not strong enough; they participate in party branch activi- ties activdy, but leading by example is not enough. The student party member＇s education and training process lack of continuity, lack of innovative methods and lack of systemic content. We should pay much attention to the continuity and gradation of student party members＇ education and training; pay more attention to the pertinence and effectiveness of the student party member education and training, lay stress on student party members＇ training combined with routine education management.
