Regional planning and implementation are important tools to guide the cluster and scientific development of cultural industry. From a global perspective, the cluster, a concept of economic development to promote the regionalization, is more and more emphasized for it can stimulate greater potential in competitive advantage. The planning and designing of cultural in- dustry cluster is a practice of a group involved in building a collection of creative architects, but also represents a complex, diverse space design of cluster, highlighting the social and cultural tolerance and vitality.
