摘要
利用两端区域为二维自由电子气 ,中间区域为准一维均匀直通道的简单理论模型 ,即 2D_准 1D_2D模型 ,研究了低温下不同纵横比 (通道长宽比 )的量子线电子弹道输运性质 .理论计算结果表明 ,量子线弹道区电子输运性质与通道纵横比和温度两者有密切关系 ,即随重整化标准费米能变化而产生的电导量子化和电导振荡现象强烈地依赖于温度和通道纵横比两者 ,而不仅仅依赖温度 .
WT5BZ]Using the simple two dimensional_quasi one dimensional_two dimensional theoretical model(2D_quasi 1D_2D), electron transport properties of the quantum wires with different aspect ratio at low temperature are studied. The results show that the aspect ratio and temperature have close relation with the characteristics of electron ballistic transport in quantum wires. The conductance quantization and oscillations produced with the variation of the renormalized Feimi energy depends closely on both the aspect ratio of the channel and the ambient temperature, is not only the temperature.
