通过Nichols & Myer框架解读欧美政府领袖成功的元素
摘要
政治领袖所处历史环境的差异增加了评价其领导力成功与否的复杂性和难度。因此,本文先从理论上论述了历史因素对成功的影响,并提出由于政治领袖们所处的历史情境不同,因而无法且没有理由认定后辈比前辈更成功。面对此种困境,本文提出采用Nichols和Myers的领导力评估框架,并且结合欧美政治领袖们的案例对他们领导力的成功与否进行分析和评价。进而为以历史环境为背景分析政治领导力的研究方法开辟了一条途径。
