摘要
为探讨一种新型超高压密封结构的可行性 ,对超高压下钢筒和柱塞的变形量进行了理论推导 ,通过雷诺方程数值求解 ,获得了新型密封结构的漏耗特征曲线、液膜压力分布曲线及初始间隙对泄漏量的影响曲线。分析了新型超高压密封结构的密封机理 ,讨论了新型密封的特点。结果表明 :新型的超高压动密封结构是一种自适应的动态密封结构 ;初始间隙对密封性能的影响表现出不敏感性 ,新型超高压密封是可行的密封结构 ,可实现
To study the feasibility of a new type of sealing fabrication for high pressure, the deformation equation of cylinder plunyer system at high pressure was derived. Several feature curves were obtained using the numerical solution of Reynold's function. The paper theoretically analyses the sealing fabrication mechanism and discusses its sealing feature. The conclusions show that the new type of seal fabrication is self tightening. The original clearance between the cylinder and plunger is not the main cause of leakage. The new seal fabrication method is superior to traditional designs, and can seal up to 1GPa.
