通过对制粉系统进行的最大出力试验分析,找出了制粉系统出力降低的原因,并通过最佳钢球装载量试验,分析了不同规格钢球的配比对出力的影响,找出了提高制粉系统出力的办法,通过试验,提高了制粉系统的出力,降低了制粉单耗,提高了磨煤机的运行经济性。

Based on the analysis of maximum output test of the coal pulverizing system, the reasons that affect the out- put were found. According to the result of the optimal loading test of the ball mill, it analyzes how the balls of differ- ent size influence the output of the mill and how to increase the output of the mill, thus decrease the energy consump- tion and raise operation economy of the mill.
