介绍了整个火电行业脱硫装置发展情况、旁路挡板配置现状和国家环保部门对旁路挡板的政策变迁。论述了火电机组取消脱硫旁路后,机组安全运行所面临的问题,以及解决这些问题的措施和途径。
The paper introduced the development of thermal power industry FGD, and configuration of FGD bypass baffle, and the policy change of environmental protection departments to bypass baffle. It discussed the problems of u- nit in safe operation after the bypass cancelled,and how to solve these problems.
