介绍了首秦高炉长寿设计与生产实践工作。剖析首秦炉缸长寿生产技术特点,改善炉缸工作状况。同时,做好日常高炉长寿运行监控、管理工作,建立适合首秦高炉的长寿预警体系。
This article introduces the long campaign designing and productive practice. The characteristic of BF hearth at Shouqin is analysed, improving the hearth working condition. It is essential to do good work for daily man agement and long campaign life monitoring. It set up the early warning-system for long campaign life of Shouqin＇s BF.
