基于电场分析的叶盘型面电解加工最小余量预测与试验

摘要 整体叶盘叶栅通道的加工余量对型面电解加工质量有很大的影响,预留余量过小将导致加工误差过大。采用电场分析法对加工余量进行预测,建立了型面电解加工电场仿真模型,利用有限元法分析加工过程中叶盘型面的变化情况,计算型面电解加工进入平衡状态所需的最小加工余量。同时,开展叶盘型面电解加工试验研究,结果表明:当采用计算得到的最小加工余量时,加工过程进入了平衡状态,没有过切情况的发生,验证了仿真结果的正确性。 The minimum allowance of the blisk tunnel has a great influence on the quality of the hlisk profile after electrochemical finishing machining. If the reserved allowance is too small, the excessive machining error will produce. This paper proposed a method of electric field analysis to predict the minimum allowance. A electric field simulation model of blisk profile electrochemical finishing machining was developed to analyze the change of the blisk profile in the processing and to calculate the minimum allowance of the blisk tunnel through the method of finite element analysis. Furthermore, experimental research was carried out. It showed that the process had gone into a balanced state and no overcutting occurred when the minimum allowance obtained by calculating is usde. The experimental result is consistent with the simulation results.
