摘要
本文在对轧辊辊型变化主要因素分析的基础上,指出辊型设计能够部分补偿辊缝形状因素造成的板带平直度影响。对于不同的辊型,需要不同辊型的调整方法,并通过实验测试获得接触载荷和相互弹性压扁量实测曲线,确定出合理的轧辊挠度与液压弯辊力。
The main factors of roll changing are analyzed and the roller designed can partially compensate for the roll gap shape factors strip flatness. The different roller needs different adjustment method, and then the experimental test about contacting load and mutual elastic flattening the amount are measured and the curve is also got. After that, a reasonable hydraulic bending roll force and roll deflection are determined.
