摘要
使用数控车床加工梯形螺纹是数控车床从业者要掌握的重要技能之一,然而数控车床加工梯形螺纹要求加工方法、切削参数和程序编写极为精确,这就加大了梯形螺纹在数控车床上加工的难度。本文主要探讨在数控车床上加工梯形螺纹时如何合理进行数控加工工艺设计和加工程序的编制。
Abstract: Using the numerically controlled lathe to process trapezoidal thread is one of the important skills for numerically controlled lathe practitioners, however the requirement of processing method, cutting parameters and programming of numerically controlled lathe processing trapezoidal thread is very precise, which increases the difficulty of numerically controlled lathe processing trapezoidal thread. This paper mainly discussed how to reasonably design the numerical control machining technology and program.
