为了提高加工中心的利用率和加工操作的自动化程度,节约夹具动力装置的成本,通过具体零件的加工,介绍了用第四轴驱动进行工件定位夹紧的一种方法,说明了这种方法的夹具设计过程与要点及加工编程的要求。
In order to improve the productivity of machining center, the automatic degree of machining operation, and cut down the cost of fixture power, through an example of machining a specific part, this article presentes a method that the workpiece is positioned and clamped by a fourth-axis driving. The method illustrates the process and the main points of designing fixture, and the requirements of machining programme.
