As an important part of the rural infrastructure, the rural water conservancy project has a great role in promoting the development of the agricultural economy. But because of the continuing reform of the rural economic system, there are a lot of problems in the process of rural water conservancy construction and quality management, and the problems are more and more prominent. So the problems existing in rural water conservancy construction and management must be solved at once, in order to make it play a good benefit. This paper discusses the existing problems in the management of rural water conservancy project, and puts forward the pointed strategies.
