大庆油田作为国有特大型企业,启动员工帮助计划,有其特殊的背景和实施的必要。本文从三个方面分析了如何构建适合于大庆油田企业特色的EAP服务模式。
As a State-owned large enterprise, Daqing Oil Field launched the employee assistance program, which has its own special background and implementation necessary. The paper analyzes the way to build the EAP service model which suit companies of Daqing Oil Field.
