摘要
工程技术研究中心(以下简称"工程中心")是区域创新体系建设的重要组成部分,在促进科技和经济融合方面发挥了重要作用。本文基于DEA方法建立了工程中心投入产出绩效的BCC评价模型,对评估期内工程中心的投入产出绩效进行评估分析;并根据得出的结论,提出工程中心可持续发展的相关政策建议。
As a vital component in the regional innovation system, Engineering Research Center （ERC）plays an important role in prompting integration between science ＆ technology and economics. This paper evaluates the performance of input-output efficiency of ERC based on the BCC model. According to the conclusions, this paper proposes related policies to promote the sustainable development of ERC.
