摘要
烟草业混丝加香工序由于要将香精均匀施加到成品烟丝上,要求香精必须彻底雾化并能被烟丝充分吸收以改善烟草的吸味,这就要求香精不能与管板接触致成香精流,雾化良好不成滴状。我们通过调整与试验解决产生黄斑烟的根源。
In tobacco flavor mixing flavoring process, due to be evenly applied to the finished tobacco, it required flavor must be thoroughly spray and can be fully absorbed by tobacco; it required a flavor not flavor flow caused by contact with the tube, spray well and not form drop. We address the root causes of macular smoke by adjusting and test.
