高校石油工程专业创新人才培养模式探索——以东北石油大学为例

To Explore Innovative Talents Training Model in Petroleum Engineering Major:A Case Study of Northeast Petroleum University

培养创新性人才是当前石油工业发展的需要,也是提高学校办学质量的需要。创新性人才培养模式采用以确定理论教学为"平台+模块"、实践教学为"基本+创新"的全新模式。其途径是从创新教学体系,优化教学内容;加强实践教学改革,强化学生专业能力;加强教材建设,推行精品课程;完善后勤保障,提供建设资源三个方面进行。

Cultivating innovative talents is the current needs of the development of the oil industry, also the need to improve the quality of running schools. Innovative talents cultivation mode uses the new model of taking the theoretical teaching as ＂platform＋module＂ and taking practice teaching as ＂basic＋innovation＂. Its approach includes innovating teaching system, optimizing teaching content; strengthening practical teaching reform, strengthening students＂ professional competence; strengthening the construction of teaching materials, carrying out quality courses; improving the logistics support, providing construction resources.
