The high school period is the most important period that students form the life and world outlook. How to guide students＂ health and sound growth is a problem each teacher should think about. This article analyzed the importance of building class culture from the material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture three aspects, and actively promoted to enhance the class teacher＇s consciousness of class culture construction, and explored the various modes to play education charm.
