随着高等教育的普及,近年来独立学院的招生规模逐渐扩大,与此同时独立学院毕业生的就业问题备受社会关注。本文针对独立学院毕业生就业方面存在的问题,以生涯发展理论为指导,提出独立学院毕业生就业竞争力的培养机制,促进毕业生就业竞争力的提升。

With the popularization of higher education, the scale of enrollment of independent college is gradually expanding, while the employment issue of independent college graduates is concerned by society. For the employment problems of independent college, with the guidance of career development theory, this paper proposes the training mechanism of employment competitiveness of independent college graduates, to promote employment competitiveness.
