摘要
依据JJG596-1999《电子式电能表检定规程》,对重复测量引起的不确定度采用A类,对标准表溯源、标准表的年稳定度、标准表和被检表电压端电位差、功率源稳定度对测量结果的影响等引起的不确定度采用B类评定方法,通过合成标准不确定度,最终计算出扩展不确定度。
Based on JJG596-1999 "Electronic Energy Meter Testing Procedures", this paper applied Class A method to evaluate the uncertainty caused by repeated measurements, and used Class B method to evaluate the uncertainty caused by traceable to standard tables, year stability of standard tables, the voltage terminal potential difference of standard table and seized table, power source stability, and finally calculated the expanded uncertainty by the combined standard uncertainty.
