摘要
通过发放调查问卷对义乌企业进行随机调研,根据调研数据分析义乌企业人才发展的现状及为满足建设国际贸易综合试验区所急需的人才,并得出相应的结论。
The random research for the enterprises in Yiwu has been done by the questionnaires. According to the results,we can find the present condition and the demand of the HR in future for building Yiwu international trade test zone and lead to the conclusions finally.
