摘要 【目的】以新疆不同耐盐性的冬小麦品种为材料,探讨在混合盐胁迫下小麦的形态性状、渗透调节能力、光合作用和抗氧化酶活力的变化,筛选出不同时期耐盐指标,并为小麦耐盐的早期鉴定及育种提供依据。【方法】通过利用硫酸钠和氯化钠混合盐对新疆不同耐盐性小麦品种的形态性状、生长指标、生理生化指标进行不同时期的胁迫鉴定。【结果】在盐胁迫下,耐盐品种具有较高发芽率和α-淀粉酶活力;根和茎长度、直径变化较小;渗透调节能力、光合强度和抗氧化酶系统活力均高于盐敏感品种。【结果】萌发期比较可靠的数量指标是发芽率、延时萌发率和α-淀粉酶活力;三叶期最可靠的数量指标是丙二醛。 [ Objective] The purpose of this study aims to explore the wheat morphological characters, osmotic adjustment ability, photosynthesis and the change in the antioxidant enzyme activity under mixed salt stress in order to screen out useful salt - tolerance indexes in different periods and offer the basis for early evaluation and breeding of wheat varieties with salt tolerance by taking wheat in Xinjiang as the testing materials. [ Method ] Mixed salt with sodium sulfate and sodium chloride was used to identify the morphological characters, growth indexes, physiological and biochemical indexes of Xinjiang different varieties of wheat with salt tolerance in different periods by using salt mixed with sodium sulfate and sodium chloride. [ Conclusion ] The more reliable quantity indexes in germination period are germination percentage, delayed germination rate and α- amylase activity, but the most reliable quantity index in trefoil stage is MDA.
