摘要
【目的】以第一代马铃薯甲虫为对象,研究其卵巢发育、产卵能力与飞行能力的关系,探索马铃薯甲虫的扩散规律,为控制该甲虫的扩散提供依据。【方法】解剖卵巢了解卵巢发育;通过昆虫飞行磨系统记录卵巢发育程度、不同产卵量情况下马铃薯甲虫雌成虫飞行能力。【结果】在出土后第6~7日卵巢发育成熟进入产卵期;日产卵量在20~60粒时飞行能力较强;总产卵量在200~400粒时马铃薯甲虫的飞行能力最强。【结论】第一代马铃薯甲虫在出土一定时间后卵巢发育成熟并开始有产卵行为。每日的产卵量情况影响马铃薯甲虫的飞行能力,处于产卵间期的马铃薯甲虫飞行能力较弱。在一定产卵区间内马铃薯甲虫的飞行能力随总产卵量增加而增加,飞行距离达到最大值后,马铃薯甲虫的飞行距离随总产卵量增加而减少。
[ Objective ] The flight capacity of the first - generation Colorado Potato Beetles in different fecundities was surveyed in order to study the relations between the reproduction and the diffusion of the beetles. The CPB's ovarian evolution was studied, and the proliferation law of the Colorado Potato Beetles was explored to provide evidence for preventing CPB from dispersal. [ Method ] Understanding the CPB's ovarian evolution was obtained by anatomizing the CPB's ovary. Systematic study was conducted about the CPB's flight capacity under the different fecundities by using the computer - monitored flight - mill. [ Result ] The CPB's ovarian matured and began spawning after coming up out of the ground 6 -7days. The CPB's flight capacity was strong Under the daily fecundity of 20 - 60 eggs and the strongest under the total fecundity of 200 - 400 eggs. [ Conclusion ] The first - generation CPB 's ovarian matured and began having the reproducing action after a certain number of days. The daily fecundity impacts CPB's flight capability, and the capacity under the spawning recess was relatively weak. It increased with the increase of the total fecundity. In a certain range of spawning, the CPB~ flight capacity declined after the flight distance reached to the maximum.
