摘要
【目的】通过对62份来源于籽用西瓜、国外引进的粘籽西瓜及普通西瓜杂交后代的自交纯系进行苗期抗病性鉴定,以此来探明籽用西瓜种质资源对瓜类细菌性果斑病的抗病性差异。【方法】通过室内人工接种法。【结果】筛选出了ES84、ES90等22份中抗材料;ES30、ES94等22份中感材料;ES46、ES50等18份高感材料,没有高抗和免疫材料。【结论】目前新疆主栽品种民籽1号、民勤大片表现中感,内蒙古黑中片、黑丰、安徽黑小片表现为感病。筛选出的中抗材料ES84、ES90、ES30等均含有粘籽西瓜的抗性基因。
[ Objective ] The project aims to clarify the different disease resistances of edible seed watermelon germplasm resources to Acidovorax avenae subsp. Citrulli. [ Method ] The method of artificial inoculation in door was used to identify 62 inbred pure lines from hybrid progeny of edible seed watermelon, egusi seed introduced from abroad and other common watermelons. [ Result ] The results of identification showed that the 22 middle resistant varieties included ES84, ES90, etc, the 22 middle sensitive varieties included ES30, ES94, etc, and the 18 high sensitive varieties included ES46, ESS0, etc. There were no high resistant and immune varieties. [ Conclusion ] In Xinjiang, the present main cultivars Minzi 1 and Minqin manifested middle sensitiveness in blockbuster area, Neimenghe in moderate blockbuster area and Hefeng from Anhui Province in small blockbuster area. The resistant gene was contained in all the selected varieties of middle resistance: ES84, ES90 and ES30, etc.
