摘要
研究在多种连续刺激模式作用下 ,人体肱二头肌的疲劳特性以及受试者的生理反应现象。利用自行研制的多功能 FNS肢体运动控制平台 ,以男性正常人曲肘运动为控制目标 ,将体表电极置于肱二头肌运动点上 ,通过 FNS运动状态测量装置 ,获取曲肘角位移与时间的关系曲线。实验结果表明 ,在任何一种刺激模式作用下 ,肱二头肌均呈现非线性时变特性 ;缓慢连续变化的刺激脉冲能有效地缓解肌肉疲劳程度 ;刺激脉冲频率应控制在 (30~ 5 0 ) Hz范围内。
The fatigue characteristics of biceps and physiological reactions of subjects are investigated under the condition of a variety of continuous stimulation patterns. By means of multi-purpose FNS limb motion control system, the flexion motion of elbow for several patients is taken as control objective. The curves of angular displacements vs time for elbow joint motion are acquired through FNS limb motion measurement instruments by using the surface electrodes connected to the biceps. The experimental results have demonstrated that biceps are characterized by being non-linear and time-variant no matter what the stimulation patterns are, and that continuous slow stimulation can provide a efficacious method for reducing muscle fatigue by functional electrical stimulation, and that optimum stimulation frequency should be limited within the range from 30 Hz to 50 Hz.
