和田羊线粒体DNA D-loop区序列研究 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】利用线粒体DNA D-loop区序列分析和田羊遗传多样性。【方法】采用测序法获得和田羊线粒体DNA D-loop区核苷酸序列,比对分析和田羊与Genbank中收录的藏绵羊、蒙古羊、哈萨克羊、巴什拜羊的绵羊线粒体DNA D-loop区序列。【结果】和田羊mtDNA D-loop区序列为1 184 bp,均含有4个75 bp重复序列,A+T含量62.50%,G+C含量37.50%。和田羊与藏绵羊遗传距离最近为0.001,与哈萨克羊遗传距离最远为0.004,同源性分析结果与遗传距离分析结果相同。【结论】和田羊与藏绵羊遗传距离近、同源性高的结果与两个品种在地理分布上可能存在一定关系。 [ Objective] This study aims to analyze Hotan Sheep genetic diversity by using mitoehondrial DNA D -- loop sequence. [ Method ] This experiment obtained Hotan sheep mtDNA D - loop sequence by sequencing and after that, it was compared with those of the Tibetan sheep, Mongolia sheep, Kazakh sheep and Bashibai sheep included in the Genbank. [ Result] The results indicate that Hotan sheep's mtDNA D - loop sequence is l184bp and four copies of a repeated sequence with 75 bp. Cluster analysis displays that the gene of Hotan sheep is close to that of the Tibetan sheep and far Cry from that of the Kazakh sheep. Homology analysis result and the analysis of genetic distance are the same. [ Conclusion ] Hotan Sheep is close to Tibetan sheep in genetic distance, and they share high homology, which might be caused by the geographical distribution of the two varieties.
