摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法制备脱硝催化剂的主体二氧化钛,系统研究了原料配比对二氧化钛形貌的影响。结果显示:当V(TBT)∶V(乙醇)为1∶4时得到平均粒径为60nm的二氧化钛球形颗粒。采用浸渍法制备了不同V2O5和WO3负载量的催化剂,并对其进行BET表征,得出在一定范围内,当保持WO3含量不变时,随着V2O5含量增加催化剂比表面积有减小的趋势;而当V2O5含量不变,随着WO3含量增加时,比表面积有增加的趋势。此外,进一步研究了不同比例的黏合剂和结构助剂对催化剂机械强度的影响。
Titanium dioxide, the main subject of the catalyst, is prepared by sol-gel method, and the impact of raw material ratio on titanium dioxide morphology is studied. Results show that the spherical particles of nano titanium dioxide have average particle size of 60 nm when TBT : Ethanol is 1 : 4. The catalyst is doped with V2O5 and WO3, which is characterized by BET method. When the WO3 content is constant, catalyst specific surface area decreases with the increasing of V2O5 content; when the V2O5 content is constant, catalyst specific surface area increases with the increasing of WO3 content. In addition, this paper studies the effect of different proportions of binding agent and additives on the mechanical strength of the catalyst.
