探讨右美托咪啶对扁桃体腺样体摘除术患儿全麻苏醒期的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察微量泵输注右美托咪啶对全凭七氟醚麻醉行扁桃体腺样体摘除术患儿苏醒期的影响。方法选择全身麻醉下行扁桃体腺样体摘除术的惠儿60例,年龄4~11岁,体重13~58kg,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三组(n=20):Ⅰ组(对照组)输入林格试液10ml,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在麻醉诱导前10min分别输注右美托咪啶0.3ug·kg-1和0.5ug·kg-1给药结束后采用8%七氟醚和6L·min-1.02诱导后气管插管,麻醉维持采用2~5%七氟醚和022L·min-1。记录患儿各时点MBP、H1%和R,苏醒时间、躁动情况和1%amsay镇静评分。结果Ⅲ组MBP、Hg、R和II组HE在T1~T4时点明显低于Ⅰ组;燥动评分川组T1~T4时点和Ⅱ组T2~T4时点明显低于I组,1%amsay镇静评分川组丁1~T4时点、Ⅱ组T2~T5时点明显高于I组,且Ⅱ、Ⅲ组苏醒期燥动例数和躁动持续时间大于15min发生率明显低于Ⅰ组(P〈0.05)。结论右美托咪啶为扁桃体腺样体切除术患儿麻醉苏醒期提供了良好的镇静效应,并较好的抑制了患儿苏醒期燥动,稳定了血流动力学。
