摘要
采用 Sol- gel法在玻璃板表面制得均匀的 Ti O2 薄膜 ,并利用光催化还原法镀银得到掺银Ti O2 薄膜。用掺银的 Ti O2 薄膜和未掺银的 Ti O2 薄膜在高压汞灯和太阳光的照射下 ,对有机物苯酚水溶液进行催化光解研究。结果表明掺银 Ti O2 薄膜的光催化活性明显大于未掺银 Ti O2 薄膜 ,这是提高 Ti O2
The evenly common TiO 2 thin films deposited on glass substrates were prepared by Sol gel processing.Then Ag doping TiO 2 thin films were successfully obtained by photocatalytic reduction processing on the TiO 2 thin films.Phenol as a organic compound in water was degraded in the presence of the glass coated with TiO 2 or Ag doping TiO 2 by illumination with a high pressure mercury lamp and sunlight.Photocatalytic degradtion indicated that photodegradation rate of the glass coated with Ag doping TiO 2 was superior to that of the glass coated with TiO 2,which will probably become a new method for improving the photocatalytic efficiency of TiO 2.
