摘要
面临着激烈的国际竞争,提高项目计划管理水平对于中国船舶建造企业提高核心竞争力有着重要的现实意义。分析了船舶设计计划管理中涉及的主要问题,阐述了详细设计阶段、生产设计阶段计划建立的过程,诠释了对计划进行动态控制的方法。
Faced with fierce international competition, it has significant importance for the Chinese shipbuilding enterprises to enhance their project plan management ability. This paper analyzes the major problems involved in the ship design plan management while elaborates the plan establishing process during detailed design stage and production stage; and explains the dynamic control methods for the plans.
